Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Shipping Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-3 days (Monday-Saturday).

  • Our standard delivery timeline is 2 to 7 business days across India. While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur. If so, we will notify you immediately.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is free above INR 999, across India. For orders below INR 999, a shipping charge of INR 149 will be charged.

Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Customers can track their orders by logging into their account on our website.

Delivery Locations & Conditions

  • Orders are delivered only to residential or work addresses. We do not deliver to public places like malls, hotels, restaurants, or streets.

  • If the recipient is unavailable, the courier will attempt three deliveries in total before returning the package to our facility.

  • If your package appears tampered with, damaged, or in poor condition, please refuse the delivery and contact our Customer Care Team with your Order ID. We will issue a replacement at no extra cost.

Address Changes & Delivery Guarantee

  • Shipping details cannot be changed once the order is placed. If a change is needed, contact us immediately at info@aventara.co.

  • Delivery is subject to courier partner terms. Incorrect or incomplete recipient details may result in non-delivery, for which Aventara is not responsible.

Please Note:

  1. All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for any damages or losses incurred during transit.

  2. We rely on the information provided by you for shipping your order. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

  3. In the event of a shipping issue such as a lost or damaged package please contact us through the website or email at info@aventara.co within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Claims made after this period may not be honored.

  4. If you wish to return a product for reasons other than damage, the return request must be initiated within 2 days of delivery. Please ensure that the original tag or seal is intact. Returns with broken or missing tags/seals will not be accepted.

  5. We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and you are encouraged to review our shipping policy periodically to stay informed of updates.
