Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Our standard delivery timeline across India is 2 to 7 business days after dispatch. While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or other external factors. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly.


SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping is free on all orders above INR 999 across India. For orders below INR 999, a shipping charge of INR 149 will be applicable.


SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Customers can track their shipment by logging into their account on our website and viewing the order details.


DELIVERY LOCATIONS & CONDITIONS

Orders are delivered only to residential or workplace addresses. We do not deliver to public locations such as malls, hotels, restaurants, streets, or open areas.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier partner will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the package to our facility.

If your package appears tampered with, damaged, or in poor condition, please refuse delivery and immediately contact our Customer Care Team with your Order ID. A replacement will be issued at no additional cost after verification.


ADDRESS CHANGES & DELIVERY DISCLAIMER

Shipping details cannot be modified once the order has been placed. If a correction is required, please contact us immediately at info@aventara.co. Any changes are subject to feasibility and courier partner approval.

Delivery timelines and successful delivery are subject to courier partner terms and conditions. Aventara is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate recipient details provided at the time of checkout.


PLEASE NOTE

All items purchased from our website are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and ownership of the product passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier partner. Aventara is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit.

We rely entirely on the shipping information provided by the customer. Please ensure that your address, contact number, and delivery details are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete information.

In case of shipping issues such as a lost or damaged package, customers must contact us through the website or email info@aventara.co within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.

If you wish to return a product for reasons other than damage or defect, the return request must be initiated within 2 days of delivery. The product must be unused and returned with the original tag or seal intact. Returns with missing or damaged tags/seals will not be accepted.
