Warranty Policy

At Aventara, we are committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and quality. To ensure your confidence in every purchase, we offer a complimentary 1-year warranty from the date of invoice against any tarnishing on all our jewellery.


1. Warranty Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, please follow the steps below:

  • Document the issue

  • Capture clear photographs and a short video of the affected item highlighting the tarnish.

2. Contact Us: Email the following details to info@aventara.co:

  • Your order number

  • Photo and video evidence of the issue

  • A brief description of the concern

3. Return the Item:

  • Customers are required to self-ship the product to our official service address. Once shipped, please email us the courier details, including the shipping tracking number.

  • Kindly ensure the product is securely and properly packaged to avoid any damage during transit.

4. Assessment & Resolution:

  • Upon receipt, our quality assurance team will perform a comprehensive inspection and analysis.

  • If the issue is confirmed to be covered under our warranty terms, we will repair or replace with the same product (subject to availability) and return the item to you at no additional cost.

    • Please note: In case the same product is unavailable, we will issue store credit equivalent to the original purchase amount in your Aventara account. This credit will be valid for 30 days from the date it is issued.

Aventara reserves the right to make the final decision regarding warranty coverage.


The following are not covered under our warranty:

1. Any damage or breakage occurring while the jewellery is not in Aventara’s possession.

2. Jewellery that has been resized or modified by third parties.

3. Damage resulting from improper handling or misuse.

4. Defects known at the time of purchase.

5. Detachment of semi-precious stones (zircons, pearls, etc.).

6. Loss, general wear and tear, or improper storage.

7. Silver jewellery may naturally develop a slight blackish tint over time with regular use. This is a sign of its purity and authenticity, and not a defect. As such, it is not covered under our warranty policy.
