WARRANTY POLICY
At Aventara, we are committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and quality. To ensure complete confidence in every purchase, we offer a complimentary 1-year warranty from the date of invoice against tarnishing on all our jewellery.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must first document the issue by capturing clear photographs and a short video of the affected jewellery item, clearly highlighting the tarnish or concern.
Once documented, please email info@aventara.co with your order number, the photo and video evidence, and a brief description of the issue. This information is required to begin the assessment process.
Customers are required to self-ship the product to Aventara’s official service address. After dispatch, please share the courier details and tracking number with us via email. Ensure the jewellery is securely and properly packaged to prevent damage during transit, as Aventara is not responsible for transit-related damage.
ASSESSMENT & RESOLUTION
Upon receipt of the product, our Quality Assurance team will conduct a thorough inspection and analysis. If the issue is confirmed to fall under the warranty terms, we will either repair the product or replace it with the same item, subject to availability, and ship it back to you at no additional cost.
In cases where the same product is unavailable, store credit equivalent to the original purchase value will be issued to your Aventara account. This store credit will be valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Aventara reserves the sole right to determine warranty eligibility and resolution.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
The warranty does not cover any damage or breakage that occurs while the jewellery is not in Aventara’s possession. Jewellery that has been resized, altered, or repaired by third parties is not eligible for warranty coverage. Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, accidental impact, or negligence is excluded.
Defects that were known or disclosed at the time of purchase are not covered. The warranty does not include detachment of semi-precious stones such as zircons or pearls, loss of jewellery, general wear and tear, or damage caused by improper storage.
Silver jewellery may naturally develop a slight blackish tint over time with regular use. This is a natural characteristic of pure silver and indicates authenticity rather than a defect. Such oxidation is not covered under the warranty policy.
