Return And Refund Policy
We offer a hassle-free 2-day return and 7-day exchange policy.
1. Damaged or Tampered Package
If the package is damaged or appears tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it. Inform us immediately at info@aventara.co along with your Order ID. A replacement will be sent to you at no extra cost.
2. Didn’t Like the Product
If you did not like the product, you may raise a return request from your account within 2 days of delivery. Please ensure you use the same email ID that was used while placing the order. Select the Return / Exchange option, and we will arrange a doorstep pickup for the product.
3. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Product
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please email info@aventara.co within 24 hours of delivery. You must share clear product photos along with an unboxing video for verification. After verification, we will arrange a pickup. You may choose either a replacement or store credit. Products showing signs of perfume usage, wear, or mishandling, as per the Jewellery Care Kit guidelines, will not be eligible for return or exchange.
REFUNDS
For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. A 5% card processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Customers must provide valid bank account details for the refund.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery. Pickup will be arranged by us. Once we receive the returned product, the replacement will be shipped within 5–7 business days.
If the exchanged product is higher in value, a coupon equal to the returned item’s value will be issued. If the exchanged product is of lower value, the remaining balance will be issued as a credit note. Only one exchange or return per order is allowed. No discounts are applicable on exchange orders.
IMPORTANT NOTES
An unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items. Defective or damaged product returns must be requested within 24–48 hours of delivery. Any free gifts or Buy 1 Get 1 items must be returned along with the main product.
If a scheduled pickup is missed, the customer will be required to self-ship the product. A 5% card processing fee applies to all refunds. For partial returns in orders containing multiple products, refunds will be adjusted based on the remaining items and applicable discounts.
Returns will be processed only after we receive the product in its original condition. Customers must always collect a physical or digital receipt from the courier during return shipment, as this will be required in case of loss or dispute.
