Return And Refund Policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS –
We offer a hassle-free 2-day return and 7-day exchange policy.
1. Damaged or Tampered Package
If the package is damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and inform us at info@aventara.co with your order ID. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
2. Didn’t Like the Product
You can raise a return request from your account within 2 days. Use the same email ID used while placing the order. Select the Return/Exchange option, and we’ll arrange pickup from your doorstep.
3. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Product
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, email us at info@aventara.co within 24 hours with photos and an unboxing video.
Once verified, we’ll arrange pickup and either replace the item or issue store credit as per your choice.
Items showing signs of perfume, wear, or mishandling per the ‘Jewellery Care Kit’ will not be eligible.
Refunds
Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment within 5-7 business days (after deducting a 5% card fee).
COD orders: Refund via bank transfer (bank details required).
EXCHANGE POLICY -
1. Raise an exchange request within 5 days from delivery.
2. Pickup will be arranged by us. Once received, the replacement is shipped within 5-7 business days.
3. For a higher-priced product, you’ll get a coupon for the returned item’s value to use at checkout.
4. For a lower-priced exchange, the balance is issued as a credit note.
5. Exchange/Return is allowed only once per order.
6. No discounts apply to exchange orders.
IMPORTANT NOTES -
1. Unboxing video is mandatory for any damaged, missing, or incorrect item claims.
2. Returns for defective/damaged products must be requested within 24-48 hours.
3. Free gifts or items from Buy 1 Get 1 offers must be returned along with the main item.
4. If you miss the scheduled pickup, you must self-ship the product.
5. 5% card fee applies to all refunds.
6. For partial returns in multi-product orders, the refund adjusts based on remaining items and applicable discounts.
Required : Unboxing video is mandatory. Return will be processed only after we receive the original product in original condition.
7. Always collect a receipt (physical or digital) when handing the package to the courier for return. This is needed in case of any loss.
